Features: warm and velvety taste, with a powerful structure, rubin red colored verging to violet offers intense, persistent and harmonic aromas with hints of vanilla and ripe fruits.
Aging: refined into barriques.
Recommendation: Ideal with roasted veal meat and beef, hunting meat, and ripe cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16 °C.
