Yield per hectare : 60 quintals per hectare
Vinification: 15-20 day maceration at 26 °C with daily pumping over. After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation it is aged for about two months in steel. Immediately afterwards it is aged for 24 months in 500-litre tonneaux, after which it is aged in wood for another year in the bottle.
