Tasting notes
A blend born from a project of zoning and safeguarding biodiversity, through three Campanian vines, which have insisted in this area since the early twentieth century, by the hands of Vesuvian farmers. Intense golden yellow color, an olfactory complexity emerges on the nose that ranges from yellow flowers, wild herbs, and basalt. On the palate, it is juicy, with a biting sapidity, seasoned with notes ranging from apricot to whole peach to broom flowers, chalk, and Mediterranean scrub, for a fresh and pleasantly long sip.
