Alcohol content: 13% Vol. (the alcohol content is indicative and could undergo variations of +/- 0.50% vol.)
Production area: Salaparuta, 300 -400m asl south-east exposure
Terrain: Medium textured terrain, from medium to deep with an abundant skeleton made up of pebbles, slightly calcareous and with fractions of dark and vegetable soils.
Cultivation and pruning : Counter-espalier- Guyot
Yield per hectare : 80 quintals per hectare Nero d'Avola, 80 quintals per hectare Syrah
Vinification: Harvested when phenolic ripe, it is left to macerate for 12-15 days at 26 °C with daily pumping over. After racking, the refinement takes place in steel for about 4 months. Finishes in barrique barrels and the blend is created.
